[There is a door I must open]
…but once opened can I turn back?

I’m afraid not…

Until I am certain I can pass its threshold without fear, I will keep staring at it wishing I was braver.

Next to the Light lies the Shadow.

If you stand in the light long enough, you’ll get blinded.

Take a false step and, just as the light was bright, the shadow will be just as dark.

This is where I stand. I few seconds ago I stood in the light. How did I end up in the darkness?
